Dr. Nusrat Jahan graduated from Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Pakistan. After completing her internship in medicine and Surgery from, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, Pakistan she started practicing medicine for more than five year s and after that she moved to the United States. She finished her master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from Benedictine University from Lisle, IL and started her career as a Researcher. She joined Mount Sinai Hospital as a Research Assistant in Emergency Medicine and conducting clinical trials on behavioral and Psychological issues later she moved to Rush University Medical Center, Chicago.  She was offered a position with a title of Lead Clinical Trial Researcher at Rush University Medical center Chicago in Cardiology, Internal Medicine Department. She particularly associated with clinical trials on cardiovascular Diseases including Heart failure, valvular heart disease and conduction abnormalities. She manages complex clinical trials for Department of Cardiology and provides oversight to clinical research staff, nurses, coordinators and research fellows for clinical trials operation.  She utilizes her medical knowledge and expertise to employ in depth screening for potential research subjects – successes include being a top 3 enrolling site and top 10 enroller for other studies.  She has great interest in Medicine and Research and has been involve in research writing for several years.
